• Same-Day Dispatch: Orders for frames placed before 10 AM EST, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day.
• Weekend & Late Orders: Orders placed after 10 AM EST or on weekends will be dispatched the next business day.

Shipping Durations

• Frames Only: Orders ship from Miami, Florida, and typically take 2-5 business days for delivery depending on the location.
• Frames with Lenses:
  • Standard Lenses: Processing and shipping usually take 2-5 business days.
  • Specialty Lenses: Orders for custom lenses (e.g., specialty coatings or transition lenses) may take an additional 5-10 business days to ensure quality standards.

Delivery Confirmation

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking details to monitor the delivery’s progress.
