Return Eligibility

• Items can be returned within 15 days of receiving them.
• Returned items must meet the following conditions:
  • Unused and in original condition.
  • Include all original packaging.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

• Frames with Lenses: All frames purchased with lenses are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
• Final Sale Items: Any frames marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return

• Email orders@kidsglassesonline.com with your order details and the reason for the return.
• Once approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label for your return.

Important Notes

• Returns received after the 15-day window will not be accepted.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged for return.
