Shipping: Orders for frames are dispatched the same day from Monday to Friday, provided the order is placed before 10 AM EST.
Delivery: Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor the delivery progress.

SHIPPING DURATION
Frames Only: Shipments, dispatched from Miami, Florida, typically take 2-5 working days for delivery. All items are shipped from Miami Florida.
SHIPPING FOR FRAMES WITH LENSES
Standard Lens Processing: Orders including standard lenses are usually processed and shipped within 2-5 days from our lab.
Specialty Lenses: Orders for specialized lenses, like specialty lenses and transition colors, may take an additional 5-10 business days for processing and delivery to ensure quality standards.
RETURN POLICY
Duration: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns are not possible after this period.
Condition for Return: Items must be unused, in their original state, and with the original packaging for eligibility.
Items Not Eligible for Return: Please note that frames with lenses are final sale and cannot be returned.
REFUND PROCESS
Starting a Return: Send an email to orders@kidsglassesonline.com requesting a shipping label and provide an explanation for the return.
OVERALL REFUND TIMELINE
Receiving and Verification: 2 days from the day we receive the package.
Our Processing Time: An additional 1 business day post-verification.
Bank Processing: 5-10 business days for the bank to process the refund after we initiate it.
Notification: You will be notified via email once your return is processed and the refund is issued.
